Delivery Policy

Care Clock Pharmacy provides medicine and healthcare-product delivery services in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, subject to product availability, prescription requirements and service-area coverage.

1. Delivery Area

Our primary delivery service is available within Dehradun and selected surrounding areas.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer's exact location.

Before accepting an order, we may verify whether the delivery address falls within our serviceable area.

2. Delivery Timelines

Where products are available and all required prescription/payment verification has been completed, we aim to deliver orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

For local Dehradun deliveries, the expected delivery window will generally be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Actual delivery time may vary due to:

Traffic conditions;
Weather;
High order volume;
Product availability;
Prescription verification;
Payment confirmation;
Customer availability; and
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders within our service area.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

Order placement time;
Product availability;
Prescription verification where applicable;
Delivery capacity; and
Customer location.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Care Clock Pharmacy.

4. Prescription Orders

Orders for prescription medicines may be processed only after the required prescription has been received and verified.

Any delay in providing a valid prescription may result in a corresponding delay in dispatch.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

From time to time, Care Clock Pharmacy may offer free delivery subject to minimum order value, location or promotional conditions.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Care Clock Pharmacy may contact the customer to verify:

Order details;
Prescription information;
Delivery address;
Payment information; or
Other information required to fulfil the order.

7. Customer Availability

Customers should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address/instructions are incorrect, an additional delivery attempt may be subject to availability and applicable charges.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:

House/building number;
Street/locality;
Landmark;
PIN code; and
Contact number.

Care Clock Pharmacy will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should notify the delivery representative where possible and contact Care Clock Pharmacy immediately.

10. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Products requiring refrigeration or controlled-temperature storage may be subject to special delivery conditions.

Such products will be handled according to applicable storage and transportation requirements.

Customers should receive and appropriately store such products immediately upon delivery.

11. Failed Delivery

An order may be cancelled or returned to the pharmacy if:

The customer cannot be contacted;
The delivery address is incorrect;
The customer refuses delivery;
Required prescription verification cannot be completed; or
Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Delivery Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may change due to circumstances outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to customers.
